Dave brings nearly three decades of experience in real estate, housing, and building systems. His career began in real estate appraisal (1994–1998) and loan origination (1998–2015), giving him a strong foundation in property value and the financial side of homeownership. He went on to gain hands-on expertise through home improvement sales, petroleum systems management, and electrical work before becoming a licensed home inspector in 2019.

This diverse background means Dave sees a home from every angle—structure, safety, systems, and long-term value. Clients appreciate his thorough inspections, clear communication, and commitment to protecting their investment.

A senior software engineer and creative strategist with three decades in technology, Colette leads the digital and brand operations at Gibbs & Company. She built and manages the company’s Spectora systems, website, and marketing—translating the family’s shared values of trust, loyalty, and care into every client experience.

Director of Operations

With over 50 years of leadership experience across business and nonprofit management, Vicky keeps Gibbs & Company running smoothly behind the scenes. As Colette’s mother and Dave’s mother-in-law, she brings organization, warmth, and professionalism to client communications and day-to-day coordination—helping ensure every inspection feels as personal as it is professional.
